We love the properties we choose to invest in and we want you to as well! This is why we incentivise our students and tenants with rewards. If we're happy with the condition of our properties on quarterly inspections and if feedback from our cleaning teams is consistently good - we will reward you with a gift card of your choice from either 'The Dining Out' gift card or 'Love2Shop'!

We really want you to enjoy living in one of our properties, so if you would like to extend your contract beyond the initial agreed period, we will reward you. 

Got friends that you would really like to live with at uni? Got someone that isn't happy with the house they're currently living in? Pass them on to us and we will reward you for helping us find another great tenant!
